They have the worst customer service. there is no connection between different customer representatives. I book a AT&T from Wirefly.com and got this with a dataplan and just after some time I have seen the same phone with out the dataplan in deals2buy.com and approached wirefly to remove my dataplan. But they did not do anything and to cancel the connection they are charging $175 for each connection. I talked to representative and manager Chris but everyone is rood and very bad service. In future never buy anything from wirefly. This is the very very very bad place to buy phone. Never try this and loose your peace of mine.

samjoe, att started requiring data features on smartphones back in September (as did Tmo and VZW). Its up to them to charge an ETF for canceling. I am sorry our CS rep did not explain that properly and politely. You can contact us at onlinesupport@wirefly.com to follow up.
